White Glove Memories treats all customer media with strict confidentiality. We do not publish, post, sell, share, or use your photos, video, film, or audio without your explicit written consent. Authorized employees and technicians may view content only when necessary to perform services, quality assurance, troubleshooting, or customer support. All original media and resulting digital files remain your property.

3. Personal Information We Collect

However, no storage system or digital environment can be guaranteed 100% secure. 8. File Retention

Temporary working digital files may be retained for approximately 30 days after project completion for quality control or replacement delivery. After this period files may be permanently deleted unless a separate archival storage agreement exists. Customers are responsible for long‑term preservation and backup of their digital files.

We may share limited personal information only as reasonably necessary to fulfill services, including with payment processors, trusted vendors, IT and hosting providers, shipping carriers, and where legally required. We do not sell or commercially exploit customer personal information or media content.

By submitting materials, you confirm that you own or have lawful rights to submit and digitize the content. We may refuse work believed to violate copyright, privacy rights, publicity rights, or applicable law.
